Available as a short term rental of 1 to 6 months, the 675 sq. ft. fully furnished house is located within a quiet Town of Taos neighborhood, approximately a half mile east of the Taos Plaza off of Kit Carson Rd/Hwy 64. The luxurious El Monte Sagrado Living Resort and Spa is 200 yards away and all other conveniences are within a short distance from the house. (The hospital is 3 miles away while the airport is an 8 mile drive.)

Rooms include the open kitchen and living area, bedroom, bath and laundry room, making the casita ideal for a single person or couple. A paved driveway leads to the enclosed courtyard with a locking gate, providing access to the private outdoor space and front door.

Quality furnishings from Taos Lifestyles include a king-size bed (Serta i-series mattress) and a queen size sleeper sofa (American Leather Furniture) for overnight guests. Bed linens, blankets and towels are included. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house with a Amazon FireStick TV, DVD/CD player, and radio situated in the living room.

The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes, and appointed with all new appliances—dishwasher, electric range, over-the-range microwave, and refrigerator. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer and ample storage space. The casita is heated by a natural gas furnace or cooled by the delightful summer night time temperatures and ceiling fans.
